General Questions:
What is the age criteria for admission to Nursery for the academic year 2024-2025?
Only children born between 1st July 2020 and 31st December 2021 are eligible for admission in the Nursery section.
What if my child is few days overage or underage?
Children who are underage or overage will not be considered for admission.
Is my child’s admission guaranteed once I submit my application form online?
No. Admission to Nursery is finalized only after the lots are drawn (lottery system).
Is it possible to purchase an application form and fill it up offline?
The admission form has to be filled up online only. No paper based forms will be issued. Link to fill the form is given at the bottom of this page.
Online Application Form:
Can I fill the application form using a mobile phone?
Yes you can use any Android or Windows Phone to fill the application form. However, you will not be able to fill the application form using IPhone or IPad.
Can I save the form and complete it up later?
You need to fill the application form in one sitting only. There is no facility to save a partially filled form and complete it later.
I am not able to go to the next page when I click the "Submit" button.
Check that you have filled up data for all the fields and that there are not red * marks anywhere. A red * indicates that you have left out information for a required field. The next step of the application process will not be displayed unless you will up all the details on a particular page.
What if my computer crashes while filling the application form?
In case your computer crashes while filling the application form, please visit the site again and re-fill the form.
How do I know that my application has been successfully submitted?
A unique registration number (registration ID) and the date and time for the interaction session will be generated once you submit your application form. Generation of this number indicates that your form has been successfully submitted. In addition an email with the registration number will be sent to your email address.
Can I download the form later?
Yes you may download the filled admission form. Please click here to reach the download page. You will require the registration number to download the form.
What happens once I submit my form online?
- You will receive a unique registration number which should be noted down.
- You will also be allotted the date and time for submission of documents. Any one parent along with the child will have to come to submit the documents in the school on the allotted date and time.
- Your application form will be printed by the school.
- A draw of lots will be organized to select the students who will be admitted to the Nursery section.
Your application will not be considered for the admission procedure if you do not come for the interaction session.
Do I need to upload the photograph of my child?
No. But you need to carry the photograph with you when you come for the interaction session. The photograph will be affixed on your form when you come to submit the documents.
Are there any specifications for the photograph?
The photograph should meet the following requirements:
- The photograph should be a recent one.
- The photograph should have a plain white or off-white background.
- The photograph should show the full face of the child clearly.
Interaction Session:
What documents do I need to submit?
You need to submit the following documents:
- Original birth certificate.
- One recent passport size photograph of the child.
- Address proof. (Aadhar card / Ration card / Light bill).
- School identity card or last year report card of the sibling studying in this school & Ration card original. (only for siblings)
- Xerox copy of all the documents mentioned above.
There is no need to carry a hard copy of the printed application form. The application form will be printed by the school.
Should I bring my child along when I come to submit the documents?
Yes, child must be brought along with you when you come to submit the documents.
When and where do I submit the documents?
The documents should be submitted at Fatima High School, Ambarnath. The date and time for submission of documents will be assigned to you after you have filled the online application form and will be printed on the application form.
Is it possible to change the date and time for the interaction session?
The date and time allotted for the interaction session cannot be changed.
What happens after the interaction session?
After the interaction session, the lots will drawn. The date for the same will be communicated later.
